The Team

Founder
Dan Korus
Dan specializes in people-first leadership, continuous improvement, and operational strategy. He holds a master's degree in Chemistry from Western Washington University and brings 10+ years coaching leadership alongside 6+ years managing in high-consequence, high-operational-tempo work environments.
He believes a leader's goal is to become replaceable. Build teams where problems get solved because people know the mission and have what they need to do it right the first time.

Lead Facilitator
Tessa Rose
Tessa designs and facilitates applied EQ curriculum for leaders in operational environments. Her M.S. in Adult Learning and Development grounds the work in behavior change methodology, not awareness exercises. She holds the room so hard conversations can go where they need to go.
Our Vision
“Building better leaders, one team at a time. Strong organizations are built through intentional leadership. Our vision is to help small teams develop the psychological safety, communication discipline, and operational structure that allow leadership to grow from within.”
Our Mission
Why We Exist
Kestryl Edge exists to help leaders and teams build the clarity, communication, and operational structure required to work well together. We believe leadership, empathy, and management are practical skills that can be learned, strengthened, and applied.
Through thoughtful assessment, focused training, and hands-on operational support, we partner with teams to improve how decisions are made, how people communicate, and how work gets executed.
We challenge where needed, support where it matters, and help teams grow with intention. We work alongside leaders who care deeply about their impact and want to lead responsibly, not just effectively.
Our Niche
Who We Serve Best
Kestryl Edge partners primarily with teams in defense manufacturing, aerospace, nuclear, and luxury hospitality. These environments share something important: the cost of leadership failure is immediate and visible.
We do our best work with organizations where leadership stays close to the day-to-day, where people care about how they show up, and where improvement is embraced as a shared responsibility rather than imposed from above. If your team is willing to reflect, learn, and act, we are built to support you.
